造纸分散剂
造纸分散剂的介绍:
在抄纸过程中,纸浆中的纸纤维和填料等具有疏水性,有絮凝成团的趋势,往往难以制得性能均匀,强度符合要求的纸张。需要加入一种助剂增加纸浆的粘度,以利于纤维和填料的均匀分散,使抄出的纸均匀平滑有柔性无洞眼,使抄纸性能稳定,抄纸时不易断纸和起粉末,同时能提高纸品的拉力及干湿强度并节约纸浆。加入的这种助剂就叫造纸分散剂。
造纸分散剂有很多种。主要有PAM、淀粉改性等。并且它应该具有热解性、随温度升高其粘度很快下降的特点,从而保证不影响干燥的纸中原有纤维的性能。
阴离子聚丙烯酰胺是水溶性有机高分子聚合物,易溶于水并形成高粘度液体,在低添加量下能促进造纸纤维的良好分散和极佳的纸张成型效果,改善纸浆匀度和纸张的柔软度,还能使纸的强度性能增高。在造纸涂布使用中,造纸分散剂具有分散效率高,涂料粘度稳定、泡沫少、无毒、无腐蚀性,可使涂料固含量提高,且流动性和耐擦洗性好,能保持纸品光泽度,不易变霉。造纸分散剂也可以提高抄造车速,节省打浆时间,降低能源消耗,具有显著的经济效益。阴离子聚丙烯酰胺分子量达到1500万以上,产品溶解性一般在1小时以内,并且产品水溶液具有很好过滤性能,用于各种卫生纸、餐巾纸、白巾纸,也广泛用于文化纸,有光薄页纸和新闻纸的抄造。
