聚丙烯酰胺是复合型高分子聚合物。它可以有效地使洗煤水澄清,使水中的细小颗粒迅速结团沉降,提高了泥煤的回收量,从而达到节约用水,防止污染等效果。印染污泥处理时药剂的选用及用量需根据污泥来源的不同而区别对待,从污水处理规模、污泥产量、药剂来源、药剂投加量、运行费用、泥饼含水率等方面着手,因地制宜,综合考量。

印染厂专用聚丙烯酰胺有吸湿性、絮凝性、粘合性、降阻性、增稠性、同时稳定性好。该产品的分子能与分散于溶液中的悬浮粒子架桥吸附,有着极强的絮凝作用。本公司聚丙烯酰胺产品分作:阴离子型、阳离子型、不同分子量不同离子度的四种系列产品。目前,印染厂受其规模限制,废水量一般处理量约6万立方/天。污水处理时,污泥经过初步调理,进行压榨处理即可,在脱水的过程中要用到大量的絮凝剂作为污泥脱水药剂使用, 用于污泥处理的絮凝剂很多,有硫酸铝、三氯化铁、硫酸亚铁、聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铝、聚丙烯酰胺等,各种药剂均有其适用范围和优缺点。

There are many flocculants for sludge treatment, such as aluminium sulfate, ferric trichloride, ferrous sulfate, polyaluminium chloride, polyaluminium sulfate, polyacrylamide, etc. All kinds of agents have their application scope, advantages and disadvantages.

产品包装为25KG/袋(打托),也可根据客户需求定制包装,干粉产品长期露置会吸潮结块,应存储与阴凉通风干燥处,有效存储期2年。
